Integrations & Agent Access

Integrations connect your representative to systems beyond its knowledge base, and let other tools read your workspace. There are a few different directions, which are easy to mix up.

The directions

• Privas AI calls another system. Connect a tool server so the assistant can read live data during a conversation, such as prices or availability. See MCP Connectors.
• The assistant acts on your page. Let the assistant fill a form on the page a visitor is viewing, with the visitor approving each action. See Page Actions.
• Your agent calls Privas AI. Give your own AI agent read access to your workspace configuration over a secure key. See Agent Access.

Operational control

This section also covers the Widget Kill Switch, an emergency off for the website widget that leaves your share links working.

Where to find them

These settings live under your domain's Settings > Channels & Integrations, plus Page Actions under Settings > Conversation.
