H. Appearance & Whitelabel
Appearance & Branding
Make every chat surface look like your brand: theme and typography, the share-link page, the widget bubble, and whitelabel options on eligible plans.
Updated 6 Sep 2026
Appearance settings make your chat surfaces look like part of your website. There are a few different surfaces, each with its own controls.
The surfaces
- Theme and templates. Colors, typography, and one-click Light or Dark presets that apply across your chat surfaces. See Theme & Templates.
- Share-link experience. The conversation page at
privas.ai/c/...: its greeting, suggested questions, and sidebar. See Share-link Experience. - Widget bubble and teaser. The floating chat bubble on your website, and the small teaser message it can show. See Widget Bubble & Teaser.
- Whitelabel. Remove the "powered by" mark and add custom styling, on eligible plans. See Whitelabel.
Where to find them
All appearance settings live under your domain's Settings > Appearance, plus the share-link controls in the same area.
A note on the two chat surfaces
The website widget bubble and the share-link page are styled separately. A change to one does not change the other, so you can tune each for where it appears.
