G. Answer Control

Answer Control

The settings that decide what your assistant may say, what it must decline, the contacts it can share, and the components it can show in a chat.

Updated 6 Sep 2026

Answer Control is the group of settings that shape what your representative says on your behalf. Identity and behaviour set the persona; these settings set the boundaries and the extras.

What is in this section

  • Scope Guardrail. Topics the assistant must not discuss, and the exact words it uses to decline.
  • Official Contacts. The verified phone, WhatsApp, email, and location details the assistant may give out, and what its contact buttons open.
  • Capability Guide. A short guide to what the assistant can do, with example prompts a visitor can tap.
  • Chat Components. The interactive elements the assistant is allowed to show, such as quick replies and pricing tables.
  • Proactive Rules. Rules that show a component automatically when a condition matches.

Where to find them

All of these live under your domain's Settings, across the AI Persona and Conversation tabs. Each page below points to its exact location.

Why they belong together

An assistant that represents your business needs more than knowledge and tone. It needs to know what to refuse, which contact details are correct, and how to present answers clearly. These settings give you that control without touching the knowledge base.
