Before making the representative available on your public website, you should allow other people to interact with it first.

Privas AI lets you generate a private share link.
This link allows selected people to converse with the representative without installing it on your website.

It is a simple way to gather validation, feedback, and internal evaluation.

Why this step matters

The AI representative will communicate on behalf of your business.

Personal testing alone is usually not enough.
Different people notice different issues, such as:

unclear explanations
tone that does not match your brand
missing information
confusing guidance

A private share link provides a safe environment to review behaviour before public release.

Open your domain inside the Domain Center
Locate Private Share Links

This section allows you to create temporary evaluation access.

Share Links

Click Create Private Link
Copy the generated link

The link will look similar to:

https://privas.ai/c/xxxxxxxx

Open the link in any browser tab

Anyone with this link can interact with the representative exactly as a visitor would.

Note

Updating your knowledge does not require generating a new share link.

The link will always use the latest version of your representative.

Optional settings

You can:

set an expiry time
revoke access at any time
rotate the link if needed

Send it for review

You can send the link to:

team members
customer support staff
product managers
trusted customers

Ask reviewers to:

ask realistic questions
try different phrasings
check clarity of explanations
verify tone and accuracy

What reviewers should look for

Reviewers should evaluate whether the representative:

explains the product clearly
maintains a consistent tone
avoids guessing when unsure
asks clarification questions when needed
reflects how your company communicates

Their feedback helps you adjust behaviour and knowledge before launch.

The link does not expose your website
The representative is not publicly indexed
You can revoke the link at any time
Expired links automatically stop working

This allows safe evaluation without affecting your live site.

After the review

Once feedback is applied and adjustments are made, the representative is ready for final validation before public deployment.
