Two ways to start

Each step teaches the representative to communicate correctly about your business. Prepare basic information about your business, and access to your website (or someone who manages it) for the widget install later.

What happens after setup

A chat widget can be placed on your website, visitors can ask questions about your product or service, and the representative answers using the information you provided. Your website gains a consistent representative that does not guess and does not invent information outside your content.

Review before you publish

Review and test the representative before installing it on your public website. This prevents incorrect or confusing responses from reaching real visitors.
