Plan Limits

What each plan includes: number of domains, knowledge sources per domain, content size per source, and conversations per month, with how each is scoped.

Updated 6 Sep 2026

Each plan sets four limits. This page explains what they mean and how they are measured. For the current numbers and prices, the pricing page is the source of truth.

The four limits

  • Domains. How many separate representatives you can run.
  • Knowledge sources per domain. How many documents and pages a single domain can hold.
  • Content size per source. How much text one source can contain.
  • Conversations per month. How many conversations your account can handle per billing period.

How each limit is scoped

Two of these are counted differently, which matters when you run more than one domain:

  • Knowledge sources are counted per domain. Each domain has its own source limit.
  • Domains and conversations are counted per account. They apply across all of your domains together.

So a busy month is measured across every domain you own, while your source limit applies to each domain on its own.

Plan comparison

The figures below were taken from the live plans on 5 September 2026. Always confirm current numbers and prices on the pricing page.

PlanPrice / monthDomainsSources per domainContent per sourceConversations / month
Free$0210100,000 tokens25
Starter$36235500,000 tokens100
Pro$5951002,000,000 tokens500

"Tokens" is a measure of text length. Larger allowances let a single document or page be much longer before it needs to be split.

What happens at a limit

  • Sources or domains at the limit. You cannot add more until you remove some or upgrade.
  • Conversations at the limit. New conversations are limited for the rest of the billing period, then the count resets at the start of the next period.
